Make An Impactful Connection With Your Target Audience
The CrossFit Open is one of the best opportunities to expose your brand's message to your target audience at the local level.
For the past several years, Marvelous CrossFit has hosted a special event series called "Friday Night Lights" for it's community, as well as communities from neighboring Crossfit gyms. You can learn more about it here:
This year, we are seeking up to two sponsors for each of the five weeks: 1 apparel/gear sponsor and 1 food/supplement sponsor.
As an event sponsor, this is what you can expect:
- Your brand on all of our marketing communications related to this event: email, social media, and in person.
- Your product exposed to 30-50+ engaged individuals with a high propensity to purchase fitness related food, nutritional supplements, and apparel.
- Promotion at the start, middle, and end of the event.
- Email promotion to our list of 800+ local individuals.

We welcome both cash (or cash equivalents) and/or in-kind donations. Past examples include:
- Cash donations to be used towards food trucks or other food services
- In-kind meal donations
- In-kind raffle prizes

- In-kind fitness gear and apparel giveaways
This is what we will need from you in order to maximize your product/brand exposure:
- Your official company name that you would like to appear on our marketing materials.
- A short blurb describing your product/service or company in a fun and unique way.
- A concrete description of your in-kind or monetary donation.
