The Marvelous Coaching Accelerator Program (MCAP) is an intensive 4 month internship that develops novice trainers into elite coaches. Entrants can expect to gain a deep understanding of effective movement patterns for all Gymnastics, Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting, Kettlebell, Monostructural, Calisthenic, and Specialty exercises taught in CrossFit. Proficiency in effective coaching is achieved through direct mentorship, hands on experience, and prescribed self-study. This program prepares participants to excel in leading small group classes and working 1:1 with individual athletes:

Hands On Coaching Experience

Earn hours of hands on small group experience assisting our coaches during CrossFit, HIIT, and SWOD classes. Also, practice developing cues, triaging faults, and providing specific feedback through skill sessions in an individual 1:1 setting. Coupling small group and 1:1 experience ensures you receive pointed feedback and perspective from both the coaches and greater community.

Educational Seminars

Gain everything you need to know concerning the three major areas of fitness: exercise, nutrition, and recovery. Efficient movement patterns, goal-based nutrition plans matching an individual's lifestyle, and methods to optimize sleep and effectively manage stress are just a few of the topics covered in the educational seminars. In addition, details on how to operate a successful functional fitness studio at both the macro and micro level are provided directly from the founders of the company.

Guided Self-Study

Learn the essentials of movement theory, mobility, and coaching development at the rapid pace only individual study can provide. Regular testing of course material verifies progress and validates dedication to improving your coaching skill and toolset. Required reading materials, along with corresponding monthly test dates, are published at the start of every new Coaching Accelerator Program Session. This facet of the program is essential to your development and success.

"Easily The Best Way Accelerate Your Coaching Career"

As with any worthwhile endeavor, MCAP participants are expected to maintain the highest level of commitment at all times. While there is no monetary compensation for time and effort invested in the program, it warrants the same seriousness and rigor as any professional job or career.
