If you've never done CrossFit, this is where you begin. The Fundamentals Course serves as an excellent introduction to the CrossFit methodology and is a pre-requisite for our other class offerings. Learn all the essential movements in a safe, comfortable environment alongside other CrossFit newbies.
Fundamentals is taught in a series of small group classes that meet every Tues/Thurs @ 7:30PM for 4 weeks. Spaces are limited and sessions tend to sell out in advance. For those seeking a more personal training experience or flexibility in scheduling, we also offer 1:1 Private Fundamentals.
CrossFit Level 1
Level 1 is our primary service offering in which members build upon the skills and essentials taught during Fundamentals.
Individuals enrolled in this program can expect to make tremendous gains in strength, cardiovascular endurance, and technical confidence. This is where we dive into the nitty gritty of what CrossFit is all about, and begin to build mastery in movement. With a few months of Level 1 training under your belt, you can expect to see tremendous changes physical and mental changes in your body.
Classes are offered throughout the day, with a focus on early morning, noon, and evening times.
CrossFit Level 2
Level 2 is a big step up from Level 1 and is appropriate for a small segment of CrossFitters - those seeking the most intense workouts and possess the experience and conditioning to meet the challenge.
If you've been doing CrossFit for over a year and have all the major movements locked in Level 2 could be a good fit for you. Classes are offered every Saturday morning @ 10:30AM.
BarSoHard Barbell Club
The Olympic Lifts (Snatch, Clean & Jerk) are among the most technical movements used in CrossFit. This barbell focused training program will fast track your competency in these lifts and help you push maximal loads in no time flat. Safety, consistency, and competency are cornerstones of this training regimen.
Classes are offered every Monday and Wednesday @ 5:30PM, as well as Saturdays at 9:00AM.
Sometimes you want a more personal experience than what small group classes can offer. We offer 1:1 Personal Training in a variety of fitness disciplines to help you meet your specific goals and needs. Strength & Conditioning, Power Lifting, Endurance, Kettlebell Training, Boxing, MMA, Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, & CrossFit are all specialties possessed by our team.
All of our coaches offer a free introductory session so you can thoroughly evaluate whether or not you are a good fit for one another. Selecting a fitness coach is an important decision, and we want to help you find the best one suited to assist you in meeting your goals.
Any successful fitness regimen always includes a sound, goal-oriented nutritional plan. Many of our coaches have certifications to provide nutritional advice, with particular specialties in fat loss, weight management, and maximizing athletic performance.
We offer much of this information through the Fundamental and Level 1 Programs, and also offer nutritional coaching on a 1:1 basis to create a program that is custom tailored for your needs.
